Software Licence Policy

  • The yearly Licence renewal fee is due for Stockist Solitary, Stockist Basic and wageX Payroll software, each year on the anniversary of your initial system purchase date and renews your licence to use for another 12-month period. It also entitles you to any product updates that happen to be released during the renewal period and Help Desk support for the period.
  • Yearly Licence renewal fee does not apply to MYOB, Auto Backup and SBSCC TSspeedbooster software products. Licences are permanent for these three products.
  • Up to five business data files (known as company files) can be activated (per serial number) for MYOB, Stockist Solitary and wageX Payroll software products except Stockist Basic, where you can activate only one company file per serial number. All data files should be at the same location and stored in the same computer or server. Please contact us if you require additional company file licences.
Note: If support required for additionally purchased company files or sub company files, then customer should buy separate cover plan or demand plan.

Onsite Visit

On-site visit fee applies for every customer site visit.

Digital Downloads

All software products in this website are delivered digitally. This means right after purchase you can download the software download link from your personal account. Downloading our software is the fastest way to get the software and you don't have to pay for courier.

You won't get any printed documentation when you download our software products, but all the instructions are available from within the software.

Note: You need a broadband connection to download our software products.

SBSCC TSspeedbooster Software

  • TSspeedbooster licenses are sold "Per Server".
  • You can buy 1-49 or 50 (unlimited) user licenses.
  • The provided license is a permanent one.
  • You may not use the software in any manner that is a violation of applicable laws.
  • The program is provided “as is”.
  • You must be in support plan to replace an existing license.

SBSCC Cloud Server

  1. SBSCC Cloud Server subscription is based on 03-Month Term. 
  2. Except for your accounting software and windows application license, all other software products mentioned here are part of our cloud hosting service. You should use SBSCC Cloud server only for the purpose of hosting your windows and accounting applications. You must install your own applications and may not use the server in any manner that is a violation of applicable laws. Internet Browsing is not allowed through our cloud servers.
  3. You need minimum 2 Mbps  Broadband/ADSL internet connection to get great speed.
  4. 99.9% Uptime on network and state of the art security Guarantee.
  5. Initially it may take up to 24-48 hours to setup the Server, Software, FTP and User Access.

MYOB Cloud Service

  1. MYOB Cloud Service is based on 12-Month Term.
  2. With MYOB Cloud Service you will have the opportunity to access the allocated non-exclusive MYOB Company File and use it for your business function as long as you subscribe our cloud service. You are not allowed to download the non-exclusive MYOB Company File to your local computer(s) from our server under any circumstances. Only one Company File (data file) per plan allowed with 5GB Directory space.
  3. You need minimum 2 Mbps Broadband/ADSL internet connection to get great speed. 
  4. 99.9% Uptime on network, daily off server company file backup and state of the art security guarantee.
  5. Initially it may take up to 6-12 hours to activate your Dedicated Directory, MYOB Company File and User Access.
  6. Any MYOB training or support will be charged separately.
 MYOB Cloud Hosting
  1. MYOB Cloud Hosting is based on 12-Month Term.
  2. MYOB Cloud Hosting is used only for hosting of MYOB Premier Software. You must have your own MYOB Software license for your hosting databases. We do not provide any MYOB Licenses for your databases; we only install the relevant MYOB Premier software edition, provide server space, user access and backup services. You are allowed to use upto 5GB disk space per MYOB Cloud Hosting plan. 
  3. You need minimum 2 Mbps broadband/ADSL internet connection to get great speed.
  4. 99.9% Uptime on network and state of the art security guarantee.
  5. Initially it may take up to 12-24 hours to setup your User Access, Dedicated Directory and FTP.
